Zip Dee awning has what is called "Rain Position" and it has limit of what wait it can hold. It can be replaced with manual version but it will not change anything if rain start and awning is fully deployed.
Is their a manual replacement for my 2017 classic relax auto awing? The factory installed awing is horrible!
Our awning was damaged due to leaving it out in the rain! After replacing the 1400$ main tube that was bent like a pretzel, it never worked right after that.
A manual retrofit would be a big seller with us many frustrated auto awing owners.
Airstream doesn't offer manual awning on new units, its time for a policy change to that!
